At Saly World, we respect your privacy and provide you the option to delete your account and all associated personal data. This document explains the process, what data will be deleted, and any applicable retention periods.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and personal data, follow these steps:

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: "Delete My Account". -
Include Your Account Details:
In your email, please provide:- Your registered email address or username.
- (Optional) Reason for account deletion (this is not required but helps us improve).

Confirmation:
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the deletion and notify you via email when the process is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
- Personal Information: Includes your name, email address, phone number, and any personal details provided.
- Order History: All records of past purchases, including billing and shipping details.
- Payment Information: Stored payment details will be removed. Note that payment processors like PayPal or Stripe may retain records according to their policies.
- Account Preferences: Includes wishlists, saved items, and shopping cart data.
Data Retention Periods
Some data may be retained to comply with legal requirements:
- Transaction Records: We may retain order details for tax or legal purposes for 3 years. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.
- Legal Obligations: Any data required to meet legal obligations, such as fraud prevention, may be retained as necessary.
Important Notes
- Once deleted, accounts cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be permanently lost.
- If you wish to use Saly World again, you will need to create a new account.
